Hide_D e241af0ba3 fix(game-api): 장수 소유자 확인 메시지를 복구
Ref와 같이 확인자와 확인 대상에게 시스템 개인 메시지를 저장하고, 두 mailbox 변경을 durable journal에 기록한다. 실패 경계와 실제 PostgreSQL 저장 회귀 테스트를 포함한다.
