Hide_D e6ac941edc fix(game-ui): 전투시드 숨김 표시를 전역화
메인과 감찰부에만 있던 hidden_but_copyable 표시 규칙을 Ref 공통 CSS처럼 전역 계약으로 옮깁니다. 내 정보 개인기록을 포함한 모든 로그 화면에서 seed를 숨기되 DOM selection과 복사 가능성은 보존합니다.
