fix: 공개 지도 미리보기 정보를 간결하게 정리
서버 탭 아래 중복 이름과 내부 지도 테마명을 제거하고 런타임 상태를 하단 요약으로 옮긴다. 연월은 레거시 지도 제목과 같은 20px 중앙 띠로 표시하고 데스크톱·모바일 Chromium 검증을 보강한다.

중앙 이전 기록 스키마와 버전 정규화기를 도입하고, 재실행 시 현행 계정 상태를 보존한다. 카카오 인증 뒤 이관 비밀번호를 1회 설정하는 흐름과 비카카오 계정용 안전한 CLI 복구 경로를 추가한다.

refactor: tRPC 조회 입력을 JSON 본문으로 전송
브라우저의 Gateway·Game tRPC 클라이언트를 POST JSON 전송으로 통일하고 서버의 query method override를 허용한다. GET mutation 거부 계약과 production Chromium 요청 형태를 회귀 테스트로 고정한다.
